Join The D3 Group

We are keen to embrace membership from across the community, whether you're involved in delivery of healthcare for D3 or a recipient of it – in fact we welcome anyone with a constructive interest in D3. Full membership is currently limited to those from Australia and NZ (for logistical reasons only) but those from other countries are encouraged to join our emailing list as International Friends. By joining up, you'll receive our notices and a warm welcome at all our meetings and other initiatives. Membership is "almost free" (AU$5 one-time admin fee) thanks to financial underwriting by the Melbourne Research Unit for Facial Disorders and our supportive family members (see homepage footer).

To join, please use the online facility below (accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Information requested is: contact details; profession/occupation; any involvement in D3-centric organisations.

Donate to The D3 Group

Should you wish to provide financial support in the form of a (tax deductible) donation or bequest, this can be done via secure online facilities at The University of Melbourne (preferred, and donations over $1,000 earn Chancellor's Circle benefits) or the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne. Alternatively, download a donation form. Be assured that 100% of every donation comes to us with no slicing, and your gift will help with D3 education, advocacy and stewardship of translational research.

For benefactors considering larger gifts, please contact the Director (Mike Hubbard) to discuss your thoughts.
